Homelink supports people in housing need to find rooms in secure, shared accommodation in the private rented sector. Since 1994 we have housed over 1,700 people and have strong relationships with private landlords, letting agents and local authorities across east London.

We offer a cashless bond in place of a deposit. If a Homelink tenant causes damage to the property or you lose rent, we will cover charges up to the value of four weeks' rent.

You'll receive a personal service from our dedicated team. We can manage any issues related to housing benefit, ensuring the rent is paid directly to you wherever possible. We won't disappear after the tenancy has been signed and we'll provide two-way support to you and your tenants.
