Staff

QSA consists of five core services, supported by a central team.

Judith Moran is our director. Before joining QSA, Judith worked at NCVO in management development and conflict resolution, and has a background in the disability/mental health sector. Judith has been chair of the Womens Resource Centre, a director of Fair Finance and a trustee of Quaker Voluntary Action. She is now a governor for The Cripplegate Foundation, which undertakes grant-giving in Islington.

Finance & Resources
Sheila and Rousha are responsible for all aspects of QSA's accounts, facilities and administration, including the annual preparation and submission of our financial statements to the Charity Commission.

Fundraising & Communications
Sarah works with Rosie to tell others about QSA and raise the funds necessary to maintain and develop our services in east London. This is only possible through the vital support of individual donors and the Quaker community, charitable trusts, corporate and statutory funders.

Ramona is operations manager, overseeing service delivery, monitoring and evaluation and quality across all five projects. Mike supports her with monitoring & evaluation and impact assessment.

Marike is Homelink project manager, create shared tenancies and providing support for single people at risk of homelessness across east London.

Jim manages Homestore, the furniture reuse project, and the team of staff and volunteers include Irmina, often the first face you'll meet at the warehouse, and our friendly drivers Jon and Dave.

Natalie is project manager of Knees Up, and is supported by Gerry & Collette in their work to bring people together on some of the east end's most deprived estates.

Kristina is Made of Money project manager, and she works with Kaz and Del to design and deliver our family learning workshops, while Alison and Catherine train other organisations to use the Made of Money model. Alison and Del also work on the Moneytalk Islington project, taking our model of financial family learning to households in need in Islington.

Shaun is the project manager of our newest project, Down to Earth, and works with Russell to coordinate our volunteer mentor support service, and our wider campaign to influence funeral costs.
